Admission Criterion

Admissions are open to children of all nationalities. However, for obtaining admission in any Grade higher than the Kindergarten Grade the child should have come from an English medium school. The following age-limits prescribed by the Ministry of Education, U.A.E. are strictly enforced :

          Grade : KG-I                   :         3 years to 4 years.

          Grade : KG-II                 :         4 years to 5 years.

          Grade : I                         :         5 years to 6 years.

Ages in higher grades are calculated in the same manner by adding one year for each grade.

Age is considered on the 15th of September of the year in which admission is sought.

All admissions are provisionally made until they are approved by the Ministry of Education, U.A.E.

In order to be admitted to a particular grade a child must satisfy the following conditions :

(a)      Must prove himself\herself academically fit for the Grade he\she is seeking admission in.

(b)     Must fulfill the conditions laid down by the Ministry of Education, U.A.E. For this purpose he\she has to submit :

I)     Original Birth Certificate attested by the competent authority.(not required in case of local transfers).

          II)    Original Transfer Certificate attested by the competent authority.

          III)   A copy of the Passport showing the child’s name and his\her valid residence visa.

          IV)   One passport size photograph.
