School Routine

Kindergarten Section       :      7 : 30 a.m to 12 : 30 p.m.

Grades I to X                  :      7 : 30 a.m to 2 : 30 p.m.

Activity Session              :      2 : 30 p.m to 4 : 00 p.m.

There are eight academic periods a day for all Grades. Thereafter, the routine differs for different levels.

Grades I to VIII have a lunch break followed by a Self-Study session during which the students complete their homework under the supervision of the teachers. The duration of the self-study session is 70 minutes. Grades IX and X have regular coaching during the self-study session.

In addition to the Self-study session grades II and above have an Activity Session of one and half hour duration during the day during which various indoor and outdoor activities are conducted. Participation in  the Activity session is optional. Nominal charges are also collected depending upon the activity.

The School works five days in a week and remains off on Thursdays and Fridays.

Academic Sessions

There are two academic sessions in a year. The first academic session begins in September and ends in January of the following year. The Second session is from February to June.

July and August are months of Summer Vacation. There is a short winter vacation of about two weeks in January - February starting immediately after the half-yearly examination.
