Dear Parents,

Over the last few years there has been unprecedented increase associated with transport services, has been compelling us to give a deep thought to the transport services provided by the school. From the inception of this school, the tuition and transport fees were offered as a package of our services. However, there has been no increase in school fee including transportation fees since the school began in 1994. May I remind you that the transport service is an optional service, but provided for convenience of the parents.

Keeping in view, the continued sharp increase in the operational cost of the school transport, the mounting economic challenges being faced, the regulatory issues and complexities involved, we regret to inform you that we are no longer in a position to provide this very important service with effect from 23^rd August, 2009. However, this service will be outsourced to an external transport provider. We wish to assure you that your child’s safety, security and comfort will remain the school’s responsibility and will continue to be of utmost importance to us. Also the same familiar staff of the school will be used by the new transport provider.

Outsourcing of school transport service is a normal practice in many schools in the UAE and schools around the world.

We have deputed Mr. Shadab Azhar Khan and Mr. Khawaja Waheeduddin, to coordinate this new transport arrangement between you and the private transport companies. Please feel free to contact Mr. Shadab Azhar Khan on 0558557421 and Mr. Waheeduddin on 0508146450 in case of any transportation problem.
